Suggest Ways To Terminate Pregnancy

Hi doctor I have a girl friend and she found herself positive yesterday so we went for urine pregnancy test for confirmation as expected she is pragnent. Last month till 9 november she was in periods ( so that time she may not be pragnent) . She is almost 1 month pregnant. We can t involve our parents right now. Can we abort this asap by pills? Which pills and how it should be taken? Kindly help i am too tensed

She is having four week pregnancy approx as per history... So medical abortion can be done by pills ..
But it should be done under gynecologist observation and it is not even available without doctor prescription...

For abortion first mifepristone tablet 600 mg taken orally... And than after 48 hour misoprostol tablet 800ug put high up in vagina for induce abortion

After 30 to 40 minute bleeding start and completed in two to three days

Meanwhile pregnancy should be intrauterine and confirmed by pelvic USG by gynecologist

Extra dose of misoprostol given if no induced bleeding...

I have tell you all this procedure of abortion ..
So with keeping this in mind consult her to nearby gynecologist for that

Next time take care of using barrier method to avoid conception
