Suggest Ways To Tighten Loose Skin And Regain Erectile Function After Robotic Prostatectomy

I had never spare robotic prostate removal surgery it s been over three years. I have lost 2 + inches of penis length. I m warming. Strenching. Pumping to try to get back as much loss as I can. I have a tremendus amount of loose skin is there something you can recommend to tighten it up a bit at this point I also have no erectile function.
