Suggest Ways To Wean Off Ativan

Yes, I am taking Effexor for only two days for mild depression. I do not want to take it anymore so I am going to quit as of tonight. Can I take an over the counter sleep aid to help me sleep tonight? Also, What is the best way to stop taking Ativan after 10 days of .5-1mg a day?

Yes, you can take over the country medication. You haven’t take Ativan for a long time so you can try cold turkey.
