Suggest When To Take Yamini Pills For Pcos Problem
hi i have pcos problem and doctor have adviced me to take yamini pills.so my main problem is that i am very confused about the intake of pills..can u please clear my confusion weathr to take the pill on the first day of periods or after 5days of periods?

You should take YAMINI pills from the FIRST day of your menstrual cycle and continue for 21 days with proper schedule and give 7 days gap. You would get your period within these days after stopping the pill.
Take LOW carbohydrate diet, control body weight by regular exercise, avoid stress and maintain genital hygiene. Good luck.
