See to remain healthy fit and fine I will give you some tips:-
1.Early to bed and early to rise still stands good.
2.Eat balanced diet, healthy food like green leafy vegetables, avoid junk food, salads,roots,juice,milk,nuts,eggs,fruits,etc.
3.One should avoid alcohol,cigarette,
narcotic substances.
4.Daily Exercise or yoga/
meditation for 20-30 minutes.
5.Drink plenty of fresh water.
I hope this much will keep you fit if you don't have any other illness.
