Sun Burn Between Eyes, Ears And Cheek. Used Whitening Peels And Laser. Permanent Solution?

Hi.doctor.i am xxx, female 25 yrs old.long back I had sun burn on the area between my eyes and ears, on both sides and on both cheek lines.but I avoided it.then it kept on increasing. And after few years, I went for some whitening peels and laser.but still can you please suggest me with some whitening creams to cure it permanently with laser to make it more firm and glowing??
