Sunday I was constipated my stomach was hard and cramping a little so I took some ex lax which I pooped then Monday the cramping was worse it hurt to walk, drive and eat it felt like I just had a c section but now my stomach is feeling a little better is caused from a stomach flu or virus I didn't have any vomiting and I been sleeping along with taking pro biotic and vitamin c.
