Suspected ADHD, Loose Interest In Stuff Faster, No Motivation. Treatment?

Hi, their, my name is adam. I think I may have ADHD, I can't focus when i'm at work, when i'm at home ill start a project and never finish it and get another started and never finish that one, I lose interest in stuff a lot faster than I used to. please help. it seems like i have no motivation to finish anything or do anything.

there are some specific criteria set for diagnosis of Adhd .
consilt psychatrist and explain ypur complaints in detail if you meet criteria for adhd you can take medication or therapy according to doctor advice
