Suspected Insect Bite On Foreskin, Clear Of Stds. What Could The Spots Be?

ok strange question for you suffering from what looks to me like an insect bite on the tip of my forskin actually 2 spots not sure what to make out of it pretty much ruling out an std consifering im married and completly faithful and 100percent my wife is also and since her paps tests turned up nothing after we had our daughter im pretty sure im in the clear there but dont know what else it could be i mean insect bite seems pretty far fetched to me?? what are your thoughs?
