Swelling After Cyst Removal From Back Of Heel. Normal?

Hi, I had a cyst removed from the back of my heel, just to the left of the Achilles, a little over two months ago. While I no longer have pain, I continue to have swelling around the wound which is preventing me from being able to wear shoes, due to pressure being placed on the wound. Is this normal???? I have been extremely concerned.
