Swelling And Red Spots On Penis Glans, White Plaque Near Urethra. STD Test Negative. Infection From Anal Sex?

Hello, I have a question to ask. I have been dealing with something that i do not know what it is. I went to the doctor 2 already got an STD test and everything came back negative the doctor also checked my penis and said everything was totally normal. I always have protected sex and always know who my partener is. I am very sexually active but am very responsible with who and how i do it. I have been experience on my penis glans irritation swelling and red spot. I also have a white plaque near the urethra and my urethra is swollen sometimes. When it is swollen it sometimes sting when i urinate but nothing that stops me or hold me back. Maybe its also just in my head. I have this small discomfort. I have no severe itching or burning. I also know it is not an std. My guess, after all my research would be an yeast infection. A while back with my girlfriend who at the time i did not use condoms asshe was my only partner, we had anal sex and i think it might of been from that. I am 99 % sure i got it from that.
Please any help or suggestion would really help.
Also i have read online that yogurt is a great yeast infection remedy and that over the counter medication only take the symptoms away and doesnt get to the root like plain probiotic yogurt.
Thank you

Hi there ~

I understand your concern. Yogurt is not a yeast infection remedy and over the counter medication may help but I am not sure what your infection really is. Although I agree with you about it being a yeast infection, you may need to consult a doctor to get the treatment that you need. I do not think that you should be using any probiotic yogurt to treat your condition. I wish you well in your recovery. Take care and have a lovely day!
