Swelling In Face After Being Punched. Prescribed Medication. Lacerated Injury On Lower Lip. Cure?

I got punched (a hard one) on both sides of my face a couple of times 2 days back, Swelling haven't sudsided. consulted an ER doctor the night I punched, he prescribed a medicine for swelling, gastric and painkiller. I got a lacerated injury on the left side of my mouth(lower lip).I can't chew anything hard,specially with the right side jaw.I want to know for hw long the swelling be there until my face looks completely normal.

Face injuries get healed very fast with compare to other part of body due to rich supply of blood but swelling takes little more time because of loose skin but still there is no reason to worry about it it will definitely come around within a week take care of your self, better not to fight next time, good luck.
