Swelling In Intestine, Mild Pain While Passing Stools, Food Poisoning Detected, Taking Spasmelan Thrice A Day, If Stopped Same Symptoms, Any Treatment ?

i feel there is swelling in my intestine i feel mild pain there while passing stool and i always hear hunger giggle in my stomach. in january food poisoning was detected. i have been asked to tale spasmelan trice a day.for a week...... but after i stopped taking madicine i feel all problems again....please help me......

Where exactly is the pain -- in your abdomen or anal region? Is this pain relieved(gone) after defecation(passing stools)? Do you suffer from any constipation/Diarrhoea? Any blood /mucus in the stools? Any fever/vomiting? Are these symptoms present even at night? (Is it bad enough to wake you up from sleep)?How many days back did your symptoms ( mild pain while passing stool start) ?Is there any visible swelling in your abdomen which increases in size while passing motion, coughing etc ? Kindly answer the following questions and I shall get back to you .
