Swelling In Penis, Red Spot, Itching. What Is Wrong?

i have some problem with my penis, 3 months before suddenly one day just below my penis head as it happen first time i rubbed it hardly and penis swelled and there was one dot like thing in red color, i discussed same with my elder bro he suggested me to drink more water and wash that area daily and use oil on that area. now after 3 months that itching is less but i want to finish it. Please help

Hi swelling of the penis and red spot can be balanitis.it is mixture of bacterial and fungal infection.it can be cured by atarax 25 mg at night.azithromycin 500mg thrice a week use of flucanazole 150 mg weekly once for 4 weeks and application of fucidin ointment in the day time and onabet ointment in the night can cure it
