Swelling In Upper Abdomen, Nausea, Burping Fits Worsened With Cocaine And Smoking. Diagnosed GERD. On Nexium, Baclofen, Reglan, Antacids. Suggest
I have been having upper abdominal swelling as of lately. Also had nausea, horrible burping fits and get light headed at times. I was diagnosed with gerd but the swelling is pretty bad. It also goes into my left oblque and lower left ab. I occasionally use cocaine adn when i do it makes it worse. So does smoking. I am on nexium twice a day, baclofen 3x a day, and reglan 2x a day. What do you think? It seems to be more than gerd because im downing boxes of gas x antacid liquid and all these other things what do you think?

need to diagnose cause of the gerd may be gastritis gall bladder or other organ involvement if clear can be allergic to food proteins or smoke
get allergy doctor advise to find the cause by tests and withdraw accordingly
