Swelling Of Glands In Throat Are Causing Constrictions In Airway And Dry Mouth Is Causing Sleep Disruptions. What Is The Reason?
I started experiencing a dry mouth only at night after getting over being sick with a cold about a month ago. It appears though the glands (maybe tonsils) in my throat is swollen although experiencing no pain. If I turn my head I feel the gland constricting my airway. The dry mouth is really causing sleep disruptions and I have increased my water intake. Any suggestion?
Do you snore while sleeping? Ask your companion. He/she may tell you. Is your nose getting blocked during sleep. Just take some nasal drops before going to bed. It may help. Also do some steam inhalation and warm saline gargles before going to bed.
