Swelling Of Toes And Bluish Marks On The Body, What Could This Be ?

I have a problem of swelling of my toes in winter and also bluish / purplish marks on my body at the slightest injury, i am a female 28 years mother of two kids what could this be ?

this is a disorder of the blood vessels in the leg. due to the cold the blood supply to the skin will be reduced and it causes very painful swelling of the toes. you need to avoid the cold by putting thermal were to the lower legs
