Swelling On Left Pinna Of Ear Between The Entrance Of Ear Canal And Upper Part Of Lobe
Hello Dr., I have a swelling on my left pinna of ear exactly between the entrance of ear canal and the upper part of lobe, I could remember the same swelling occurred sometimes in the last year as well but disappeared after some time. It appears to be in normal color and it seems to be filled with fluid.
Thank you for using healthcare magic. The are several reasons to have a painless fluid filled swelling over the ear. e.g lipoma, seroma, swollen lymph node most likely it could be a condition called Seroma of the ear, esp if it is clear fluid. If you are not having any symptoms of the same I would suggest that you not to worry about it. You need to check with an ENT specialist if there is pain or its growing in size.
I hope this answer helped you.
