Hi, Thanks for the posting your query. With the available described symptoms, there could be possibility of herpes labialis. Herpes labialis is a viral infection caused by HSV type 1 virus. This virus may spread by lip kissing and may get activated in immunocompromised state. Fever, exposure to hot weather, after chemotherapy& radiotherapy, after intake immunosuppressants medicines. You should consult with internal medicine specialist/ dermatologist and should go for thorough check up. You should go for complete blood count and erythrocyte sedimentation rate. You should take antiviral oral and topical preparation. You should also apply steroid ointment for getting faster relief. Take care, Dr. Mayank Bhargava
