Swollen Abdomen With A Painful Hard Lump Under The Belly Button. CT Scan Rules Out Incarcerated Hernia. What Could It Be?

Hi there, thank you for your time. I have a hard lump under my belly button, which is very painful. I've had a CT Scan and they have ruled out an incarcerated hernia. The intestinal wall looks intact. My abdomen is very swollen. The lump came from one day to the next about 3 weeks ago, accompanied by a lot of pain. What can this be? The abdomen looks as if I were many months pregnant. I'm not.

Hi.
If if your abdomen is so swollen and tense, you might have developed ascites ( fluid in abdomen) and you look like pregnant.
The swelling may Ovarin cyst and pain can be due to torsion ( rotation) of its pedicle.
However, you need thorough examination by your dr. and proper investigation.
Thanks.
