Swollen Bump Under Eye, Looking Like A Pimple, Whitehead. Can I Use Eye Drops For Pain?

I think I might have a bug bite underneath my eyes, and they are swollen (very bumpy - sort of look like a pimple or a whitehead); however, they are no longer itchy though. When I first glance at my eyes, they look like I have eye bags or so. Shall I use specific eye drops such as visine to remedy the pain? Thank you.
