Swollen Foreskin, Penis Shaft, Tenderness, Lump In Groin. Treatment Options?

Hi, the skin of my scrotum is very firm, almost stiff, and my entire scrotum seems slightly swolen. Also my foreskin down to about half way down the shaft of my penis is swollen. Neither are overly painful, just a little tender. I also have a small lump in my groin , near the base of the penis, that is painful, and feels tender all the way back to the corner of my groin.

Thanks for your query.You have not mentioned your age in your query.Your entire scrotum and foreskin and shaft of the penis is swollen and tender and you have a swollen lymph nodes in groin.These are symptoms of sever infection of glans and foreskin called as BallanoPosthatitis.Please get your Blood Sugar fasting and post lunch checked to know whether you are diabetic or not as this is very common in diabetic indisuals.Start taking antibiotics and consult the surgeon for proper evaluation of your problem and further management.
