swollen gum implies gingivitis.pimple like thing over tongue indicates some inflammed taste bud .there are plenty of small glands on the lip surface .with out examining it is very hard to come any diagnosis.ur molars hurt may be due to periapical pathology fro caries or from periodontal problem.
what i can suggest u ,visit ur dentist ,first go for scaling that will help u to restore the the oral hygn .then treat the back molars either with filling or rct what is necessary .
take vitamin c(celin 500mg).b complex might help u to reduce inflammation of your gingiva as well as ur taste buds.u can use mouthwash like chlorhexidine and follow the proper brushing technique .
systemic atibiotic might help u.but that is to be determine after scaling and severity of the infection as well as ur immune status.so better visit a dentist or dental hospital for treatment and proper diagnosis.i hop u will get well soon.

Hi,

Thanks for asking the query,

According to your clinical history i suspect that you are suffering from oral ulcers a thorough clinical examination is required by the Dentist for proper diagnosis and appropraite treatment plan.
I would suggest you to visit the Dentist and get the checkup done also get an x-ray of the upper back teeth.
It can be due to vitamin deficiency, hormonal imbalance , physical or chemical trauma, bacterial or viral infections.
Start with multivitamin tablets.
Take lukewarm saline gargles and antiseptic mouthwash gargles.
Avoid eating of hot and spicy food stuffs, drink lots of water and keep yourself hydrated.
Maintain a good oral hygiene.

Hope this helps out.

Hello there ,

Thanks for writing your query,

Swelling in the gums and associated pain in the teeth indicates the inflammation of gums .

It is caused due poor oral hygiene ,improper brushing and flossing that leads to accumulation of bacterial plaque and calculus deep in the gum pockets and root surfaces of the teeth.

Gum infection presents with symptoms of redness , bleeding gums , swelling , pain and sensitivity.

It needs to be treated by thorough professional deep scaling of gums and root planing of the teeth to remove all the irritants ,this will help in resolving the symptoms followed by a course of antibiotic and analgesics.

Pimple like lesions on the tongue and lip mucosa are be ulcerations caused by recurrent trauma or due to deficiency of certain vitamins especially vitamin B12 and vitamin C.

start with multivitamin supplements for 7 to 10 days and vitamin C lozenges will help in resolving the problem.

avoid alcohol , carbonated drinks , tobacco chewing and smoking as these may worsen the area affected.

Apply oral antiseptic ,analgesic ointments like dentogel or mucogel topically over the affected area

i would suggest you to go for symptomatic treatment at home like gargling with lukewarm saline water or antiseptic mouthwash like chlorhexidine or betadine.

i hope this helps ,

take care.
