Swollen Knee, Painful, Floating Bone, Precribed Pandenine Forte. Cure?

hi yes my knee has been swolen for some time and quite painfull ive had x rays also ultrasound and it seems ive floating bone , my right leg bows from the knee to the foot due to a accident when i was 18 im now 47 im finding it difficult to walk also it the knee agravates me whe i drive , i seem to have to have it elevated to relieve the pain the doctor im seeing has booked me into a specialist but wait time is 3 months he has precribed me pandenine forte plus a anti inflamatry for pain relief

The swollen knee with a floating bone is likely to be due to a joint effusion or a hemarthrosis. This might need a needle drainage and oral anti inflammatory medicines for a complete relief.
