I have had swollen lymph glands for 18 months & specialist told me he wanted a biopsy at that time, but the it never happened because I lost my insurance it's in my neck in the front & I do smoke & clear my throat all the time & have had a change in my voice & on & off it hurts to swallow, I've been very dizzy on & off for a while with low blood pressure & once in a while I cough up blood, but that has been going on for years

HELLO AND WELCOME TO HCM.
IT HAS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE U R NEGLECTING UR PROBLEM.
ITS THE NEED OF TIME FOR U TO TAKE ACTION NOW, OTHERWISE IT WILL BECOME TOO LATE. U PROBABLY ARE SUFFERING FROM EITHER TUBERCULOSIS OR A MALIGNANCY (CANCER) LARYNX. BUT THE EXACT NATURE CAN BE DIAGNOSED ONLY AFTER CLINICAL EXAMINATION AND PROPER WORK UP. U NEED TOGO TO AN ENT SPECIALIST. HE WILL PERFORM LARYNGOSCOPIC EXAMINATION FOR U AND WILL ORDER FNAC TEST FOR U. THESE R THE MINIMUM TESTS TO BE DONE BEFORE MAKING A DIAGNOSIS FOR U SO THAT TREATMENT CAN BE STARTED.
