Swollen Lymph Node On Shoulder Blade, Normal Temperature, Vital Signs, BP. Causes?
I have found a swollen lymph node in my shoulder blade it s no bigger than an eraser but I can feel it on my left side and not on my right I went to the doctors recently for a physical and he didn t notice any swollen lymph nodes during the physical I have no other symptoms and my temperature is completely normal along with my vital signs and blood pressure
H, as your doctor did not find any lymphnode, there must not be any lymphnode in the region which is significant. Lymphnodes in the neck are normal part of the body and incidental palpation of any of these gives fear in the minds but lymphnodes which are small, not giving any symptoms, not changing in character and any associated symptoms should not be worried about. You must have palpated a small lymphnode which must have disappeared by the time you went to the doctor. So, relax and do not worry. If that lymphnode is palpable, increasing in size, changing consistency and is getting fixed, you should see an ENT. Regards
