19 yr old M, physically fit, eats very healthy. swollen lymph nodes X10 mos, rt lateral abd pain X 4 months on exertion... every time he playes hockey (5X/ week) is becoming more and more fatigued. so much fatigue that he sits between shifts and breathing is difficult because of pain. Blood work so far is normal except high biliruben

The two main reasons for fatigue has been explained by you in your query: 1. Enlarged lymph nodes 2. Jaundice (High Bilirubin)
1. You have to investigated for enlarged lymph node whether they are due to infection or malignancy. Get Needle aspiration test done of the lymph node or CT scan if it help to find out the cause. Once the cause and diagnosis is established you can treat the disease accordingly.
2. For high bilirubin take proper fresh diet free from fat and oil. Take plenty of water. Proper Liver tonic must be take for 5-6 months. Get yourself checked for Hepatitis. Pain in abdomen may be related to this.
