Swollen Penile Foreskin, Swelling In Urethra. Tear On The Penis. Had Protected Sex. What Should I Do?
I had protected sex with a girl about 3 days ago and everything seemed fine after. It was up until yesterday night and this morning where i noticed my fireskin had become swollen to the point it covered the head of my penis. On top of that the urethra is also swollen and there is an abrasion on the right side of the head. And a minor tear on the strand that connects the head and skin together. What should i do?
Hello Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed infection of the Glans penis and Foreskin.(Ballano Posthatitis.) following a sex.
Looking at he sequence of events it is likely to be due to sex which may not be protected sex as you claim to be. Please get basic tests to rule out STD and routine urine tests.
Please consult qualified specialist in sexual medicine or Dermatologist for clinical evaluation and further treatment. You need to take antibiotics for week.
Avoid sexual activities till it gets cured completely. Dr.Patil.
