Swollen Right Testicle With Little Bulge On One Side. History Of Groin Pull. Serious?

I believe I had a groin pull about 2 and half weeks ago on my right side which has gotten much better. However my right testicle seems swollen at one end. My right testicle seems to extend out a little like a small budge or extension on one side of the testicle. Is that related to the groin pull or is it something worse like a hernia or cancer?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM. Thank you for your query.

In most cases this is nothing serious and usually caused by epididimal cyst, hernia or varicocele. But, you should do ultrasounds to rule out tumors if this is painful or enlarging.

Wish you good health. Regards
