Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. In my opinion swelling is not in stomach but abdominal distension. Distension may be due to many reasons but few of them are as, Ascites, intestinal disorders, Hepatitis, liver enlargement Pancreatitis Anemia , Hypoproteinemia . So ultrasound of abdomen will reveals every thing desired by you. Hops I have answered your question. If further any question I will help. Get well soon. Dr. HET
