Swollen Throat, Painful, Headaches, Missing Periods For Months. Negative Pregnancy Tests. Suggestions?

The left side of my throat/neck feel swollen down by my collar bones, it hurts to talk, swallow, everything. I feel super tired, and I keep feeling dizzy/having hot flashes, also having really bad headaches, worse than the headaches I normally tend to have every day. I got prescribed effexor but I haven't taken it yet I'm kinda scared to since I've been feeling like this the last couple days. I'm anemic, I also have not gotten my period in about 4 months. I went to the hospital and got a pregnancy test done almost 2 months ago, I wonder if I should take another test or just go to my obgyn.
