Swollen Urethra, Sore, Abdominal Pain, Burning During Urination. Recommendations?

Hello there I hope you can help. I have a severe swollen urethra noticed it five days ago and just hoped it will go away on its own! It is now very sore and I have abdominal pain, it burns and stings to urinate and sitting down is really sore. I have never had any problems in that area before and despite having two children I don't want to go to the dr!! Please help by telling me it will go away itself.
