Swollen Wrist, Bump, Have Ankylosing Spondylitis. Affects Arthritis?

Yesterday I noticed my right wrist was slightly swollen on the top, and tender. Then on the inside of my wrist on the right side closer to my thumb , there is a small hard bump, a little larger than a pee. I don't remember hitting it or doing anything to injure myself. I have ankylosing spondylitis . Could this be an affect of my arthritis or anything I should be concerned with ?

Hi, it appears to be the rheumatoid arthritis, or osteo arthritis etc. So i advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have R.A.factor, C.Reactive proteine, E.S.R. etc for confirmation.
Thank you.
