Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The limited information provided is not sufficient enough to arrive at an appropriate conclusion and further suggestion... You have not stated your personal habits, family history, or co-morbidities, even age ...which could influence the diagnosis and outcome...

Anxiety could probably account for the features...However, to be reassured, you should see a cardiologist – EKG / HOLTER (24 to 48 hour ambulatory monitoring) / ECHOcardiogram / TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) / LABORATORY work-up – may all be necessary for further assessment and assistance.
The treating doctor may suggest them depending on need, based on his assessment of the situation.

Take care
God bless
Good luck

Hi,
Sorry to hear that your Husband died of a Heart attack.Sometimes it is very difficult to diagnose or predict an heart attack. If you feel that you are having the same symptoms as your husband and hence have a chance for a similar outcome, then you have to go for further evaluation.Electrocardiogram needs to be taken. This will indicate any area of ischemia ,when there is alteration in the normal activity of the heart. Echocardiogram is the next step, which will show any abnormality in motion of the walls of the heart as a result of ischemia. If both are normal Tread mill test needs to be done.It is recording of ECG during exertion. If all tests are normal till here ,there is 85% chance that your Heart and its blood supply is normal and there is no chance for a heart attack. But the definitive test to rule out coronary artery disease will be to do a coronary angiogram.
Hope I cleared your doubts.
