Inter menstrual bleeding may indicate implantation bleeding if you did unprotected sex around fertile days. It needs to be ruled out.
You can undergo one blood test for beta-HCG and TVS scan to confirm pregnancy if your period is delayed more than 7 days. Following test reports, you need to consult with gynecologist for next line management.
