THE TOP OF MY FEET, RIGHT BELOW AND NEXT TO MY ANKLES EACH HAVE A SWOLLEN PAD THE SIZE OF A SMALL BALL. I HAVE HAD THESE FOR YEARS AND THEY DON'T GO AWAY. THERE IS NO PAIN BUT THEY LOOK STRANGE. WHAT IS THE CAUSE OF THESE AND HOW WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE THEM GO AWAY.
