Hello Sir, I am of age 53 (male), having weight of 79 kg & height 165 cm. I was advised three tests by My Cardiologist viz. TMT, ECO & Holter test. The result of these are as below : TMT- TMT negative for inducible ischemia ECO- Mild Tricuspid regurgitation Holter - Normal sinus rhythm , no evidence if silent myocardial ischaemia, Multiple significant ventricular ectopics. Please explain my condition & whether I should go for CCTA test. \Thanks

Dear friend, welcome and thanks for entrusting your query here at HCM!
I am Dr. Prasad Akole (Critical Care Expert- http://bit.ly/Dr-Prasad-Akole) and am glad to address to your query here.

Your tests are normal and there is no need for angiography or CCTA. A few ectopics are acceptable if there are no symptoms. Also holter is normal.
What were your symptoms?
Keep a healthy lifestyle and regular checks for your age ( e.g. cholesterol, kidney function etc.) under guidance.

I hope you are fully satisfied with the guidance I gave.
I would be glad to answer any further queries. May I request you to rate your experience here before you close.
Thank you and Good luck!
