TSH Of 3rd Gerenation Level Is 81.46. Does This Mean Hypothyroidism ?

My 6yr old niece was tested for thyroidism her tsh 3rd gerenation level was 81.46... t4 .8 pediatrition wont say what this means refered her to endo dr. Does this mean hypothyroidism?

thanks for choosing health care magic.in broad terms as per the report it is suggestive of hypothyroidism means the thyroid gland is not producing sufficient amount of thyroid hormone.Endocrinologist is involved because to rule out some other hormonal abnormalities and proper confirmation of diagnosis and some other tests that may required.Even if she is hypothyroid there is no need for worry.
