TVS shown an anteverted uterus, normal in size with no myometrical pathology. The edometrium is thin and homogenous measuring 0.56 cm. Within both ovaries are multiple ( > 12 ) small follicles each measuring less than 1 cm, suggestive of Polycystic ovaries with a hyperechoic structure at lateral pole of the left ovary measuring 1.17 x 0.79 cms suggestive of beinning of dermoid cyst. no fluid in the cul de sac.

Diagnosis:

NORMAL ANTEVERTED UTERUS TJIN HOMOGENOUS ENDOMETRIUM POLYCYSTIC OVARIES! BILATERAL WITH T/C BEGINNING DERMOID CYST IN THE LEFT
