Taken Allerzet And Nasal Spray For Recurring Cough. Best Antibiotic For Allergic Rhinitis?

Hi,i have a cough for a month already i went see my EENT last friday and he gave me antihistamine allerzet which i have been taking it for 5 days and a nasal spray.my problem is im still coughing, do i need to take antibiotics now? If yes, what's the best antibiotic for cough related to Allergic rhinitis with postnasal drip.?

Hello.For treatment of postnasal drip, antibiotics are used only when there is important pharyngitis o sinusitis.If is necessary the antibiotic, cefuroxime 500 mg twice a day is a good option.
¿What nasal spray are you using? is necessary to be a steroid spray.
I treat my patients with Budesonida nasal spray twice a day+Cetirizina 10 mg per day+Prednisone 10 mg per day when postnasal drip is the diagnosis.
