Taken Dynapar, Dolopar And Meftal For Fever, Shivering. Should Blood Test Be Done?
Hi. My husband is having fever ranging between 100 - 103 since last 2 days. Was given an injection (Dynapar 75mg). Also has been taking dolopar 650 Mg. Took a Meftal 500 today morning. Fever reduced for a while but now has started again. Its 103 now and lot of chills ( Shivering ). Should we get blood test/ urine test done?
hi pallavi,
immediately visit a hospital and get Blood and urine investigations done & follow the instructions of the the doctor who has examined your husband....
Some of the common and important causes of fever with chills are Malaria, Typhoid, urinary tract infections and pneumonitis...
the medications which are you have mentioned will only provide symptomatic relief...
So visit a doctor, get all the necessary investigations done and take proper treatment.....
cheers.....
