Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. Let me explain you what is postnor i.e.levonorgestrel ? This is a CONTRACEPTIVE pill and also used as an emergency contraceptive pill . If you take it regularly , can't get pregnancy. However its long term use may develops many other side effects, so if possible avoid. Once menses start & if sex done on ovulation day , chance of pregnancy is there. So when you want pregnancy don't take postinor any more. Good luck. Dr. HET
