Taken A Lot Of Drugs (codeine, Xannax, Cocaine) And Alcohol

Taken a lot of Drugs (codeine, xannax, cocaine) and Alcohol in one night and woke up with a painful stomach. Pain is quite strong with a needle and pin sensation on the upper abdomen. Because of the pain I am unable to fully extend my back to stand up straight and ever step I take to walk increases the pin sensation.

Any help would be very much appreciated,
