HELLO DOCTOR, I HAVE LOW BLOOD PRESSURE AND HAVING PROBLEM OF CHEST PAIN SOMETIMES AND FEELING VERY TIRED. DOCTOR ASK ME TO DO BLOOD TEST AND FIND OUT THAT I M SHORT OF B12 (169) AND VITA d..HE GAVE ME B12 SHOT AND AFTER THAT I M HAVING PROBLEM OF FEELING WEAK AND FEELING LOW AND STILL HAVE HEADACHE AND CHEST PAIN SOMETIMES...

Thank you for your question. There are many possible reasons for your symptoms, but if your full blood count and ESR are normal, excludes sinister reasons. The low blood pressure you are known to be suffering from can also cause these symptoms and I would first treat this before looking for other reasons. Increasing your sodium intake can raise your blood pressure , if this fails ask your doctor for specific treatment to raise blood pressure . Also have a course of at least 3 injections of B 12 , ten days apart , to restore your liver stores.
