Taken Relaxers For Pulled Muscle In Leg. Still Have Pain. What To Do Next?
i worked out last Thursday and pulled something in my leg felt like behind my knee went to the doctors on Mon and they said i had a pulled muscle and gave me relaxers they did not help went to a chiropractor on wed it didn't help pain medicine muscle relaxers and ice and stretching is not making the pain go away what should i do next
This is just to let you know that the injured soft tissue needs some time to heal and recuperate. It takes any way around a week (minimum). In the meantime - * the injured part should be given adequate rest without imparting any strain on it * Use ice packing once in every 2 hours * Apply moist heat over the affected area so as to make the soft tissues supple * Analgesic or muscle relaxant gel application * Pain killer medicines as needed
If you don't find any relief with the above measures, Propably you may need an MRI scan to rule out any serious injury inside.
