Hi ! Good afternoon. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.
Taking unwanted 72 is not a hundred percent guarantee against pregnancy. To know if you have conceived or not, you should get a serum HCG done and to a pelvic ultrasound for confirmation. In case it comes out to be positive for pregnancy, I would suggest you to consult a proper obstetrician to decide on the course of action to be taken at the earliest. Wishing you good luck. Dr Shareef.
