Taking Carvdilol And Lisinopril. History Of Heart Attack. Variable Blood Pressure. Worried

Hi I am 80 years old and 3 years ago had a heart attack while on vacation in Twin Falls Idaho. I had a stint put in with a second one end to end. All seems ok. I take carvedilol and lisonopril and and blood pressure for a week runs 119/69 pulse 66, to 154/88 pulse. 88 high. My blood pressure at home in Arizona is on the lower end shown above. At home at 500 ft. elevation my blood pressure is generally lower.

My wife is 75 and 3 years ago she had a sroke. She too recovered well with fno visually noticeable after affects. She too has higher blood pressure her in Idaho at 3,700 ft, elevation. Should we be concerned . Don

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
High blood develops many diseases, so this is the cause of concern.
If lower blood pressure is more, than it is very dangerous.
Normal B P is 120/80 mm of Hg (if lower B P is high means heart is not functioning well.
Find out the reason of high B P .
Consult a physician and get in blood examination for lipid profile & sugar.
ECHO of heart is also very important.
