Taking Cephalexin. Have Swollen Lymph Nodes, Lightheadedness. Due To Partially Protected Sex?

Hello.
I am 17 years of age and have always been a healthy person.
I have been taking GenRx Cephalexin 500mg for the past week and just today I have had swollen lymph nodes and lightheadedness.
I am concerned as to whether this is from that or if it could be something to do with a broken condom incident which occured five days ago.

Hello,

Any unprotected sex has the chance of infection(Sexually transmitted infection).
Lymph node swelling may be due STI or it may be due to any infection.
You need to consult a venerologist for a detailed examination.
There a specific Blood test to identify the cause of infection.
Consult your doctor for more infection.
