Taking Flomax, Cymbalta, Coumadin. Prescribed Vigomax And Atropine For Cataract Surgery. Side Effects?

I WILL have surgery for cataract in one eye on Monday. The ophth------, has added vigomax, prednisone , and atropine to My current meds which include, Flomax , oxybutynin , Cymbalta, pantaprozole, Coumadin, aspirin , metoprolol , aspirin, Coumadin, Carafate, and lorazepam . I have a prostate cancer , no hormones as well as a pacemaker for slow heart rate . My question relates to the side affects to all of these at once for this procedure? Is it too much and too dangerous? thank you

No non of this drugs cause any harm to you more over the ophthalmic drugs may not last long, again the ophthalmologist better know the medical history of the patient and drugs patient taking, they are fully aware of every thing so need to worry, have nice day.
