Taking Prilosec, Wellbutrin, Trazadone. Have Depression. Medicine?

I have been taking 80mg Prilosec, 300mg Wellbutrin and 50mg Trazadone at bedtime for over 7 years (under supervision of Mental Health Center) This dosage has helped me greatly but for the last year I seem to be slipping into more depression. Haven't cleaned my house in over a year and have become quite the hoader. I have mentioned this to my therapist but he doesn't seem concerned.
Is there any medication that can be taken with my meds to help me? I am 63 and in good health, 5'3" and 127 pounds.

Thank You,
Sandra C.
